1. When will my items ship?

  • Vinyl decals & stickers will ship within 1-2 business days via first class mail (FREE SHIPPING)
  • Slate coasters will ship within 1-2 business days via priority mail
  • Shirts will ship within 8-14 business days
  • Digital downloads/printables are available for download immediately after payment received

2. What is a production partner?

A production partner is a company that assists us with producing items that we may not stock in our store, such as different color tumblers or larger t-shirt sizes. Once you place an order with us, the production partner fulfills the request and ships the product from their warehouse. This partnership allows us to offer a wide variety of product sizes and colors to our customers.

3. What is a digital download?

A digital download is a product that you can purchase and download directly from our store. These products can include items such as e-books, printables, digital artwork, or software. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a link to download the file(s) immediately, so you can start enjoying your purchase without any shipping wait time. Digital downloads
